Pine Bluff – Calling Caughlin Ranch Home
Our development has been gaining a lot of love in the Reno area, and we are so grateful! As we get ready to open our model homes in mid-August, we wanted to share one of our main news stories. We were honored to be placed in the June edition of the Caughlin Rancher and being able to share our progress in the project and the background of our developers! Pine Bluff was started by Homecrafters, they have taken their classic approach to home building and brought it to the Caughlin Ranch area.
Travis and Troy Means, the owners of Homecrafters, wanted to build a brand-new community that would give locals a sense of luxury living in the historic Caughlin Ranch area. Pine Bluff allows homeowners the opportunity to bring a piece of themselves into their home, because all homes welcome customization and making each one as unique as themselves.
“…We wanted to introduce something more unique and up to par with today’s architectural styles. You’ll see a combination of rustic and contemporary,” Travis explains, adding that the floor plans extend this modern ideal to include flex spaces and multiple room styles that allow homeowners to customize rooms to their needs, while maintaining a mountain aesthetic. Of the nine homes in Pine Bluff that have sold thus far, no two floor plans have been alike, he says. Their commitment to quality at Pine Bluff is a labor of love.
